We offer a low cost alternative for the typical IT Integration company that has there Engineers visit several times just to solve one issue or breakdown. Now it can be handled, or possibly even fixed from our Virtual Office Environment. These packages are for the clients with a dedicated Broadband connection and would like the benefits of Remote Management of their computers and server. The management process is set for the companies normal work schedule. After hours, weekends and holidays can be established with a week prior notice. If a problem is identified, every effort can be made to correct and fix the problem without an office service call at a substantially lower rate. Additionally, if needs arise, such as program installation or program errors on the PC, our staff can assist to correct the issue with the user and return production generally within a 15 minute turn around. This decreases the down time and wait time by the firm while waiting for an Engineer to get dispatched. 1. This monthly service includes automated pc software updating of service packs for the operating system, critical updates, Hot Fix’s and patches for the Operating system along with the necessary updates for the programs such as Office and Anti-Virus software. This proactive measure does not included ongoing version revisions of proprietary software used by the client. Along with this service, NetRunner Global will provide to the client via CD or other media venues as they become available, a complete inventory of each workstation on the management program to be done every quarter. This inventory is to include, hardware, software, patches and fixes, software versions and software running on the PC. Each report will include a compilation of the previous months maintenance performed by NetRunner Global on the clients systems. All proactive management and maintenance is usually set to run after business hours, which will be established with the client prior to the start of the program. This program will create a proactive stage for NetRunner Global to maintain a continual process for identifying problems with the clients PC’s before and in many cases not after it occurs. We are confident this will decrease the inactive downtime that occurs from failed systems. |
