Maintenance Programs
Block
Time:
These rates are for clients who have an ongoing need for computer service,
but do not want to set up a regular schedule for a technician to come
on-site. Block Time clients are given priority over Regular Hourly service
calls. Non-emergency Block Time service calls can normally be scheduled
within 24 hours of the service request. Block Time rates require a minimum
purchase paid in advance. Block time is not subject to any time limit,
but to a block of workable time to be used as the Client needs.
MIS
Service:
These rates are for clients who want to set up a regular schedule of on-site
maintenance visits. The MIS Service rate requires a minimum of 8 hours
on-site work per month with a minimum purchase in advance.
On-Site
Service
This is for clients who have a need for On-site computer services. On-Site
service calls will be scheduled as soon as possible but will be prioritized
behind Block Time and MIS Service. Non-emergency On-site service calls
will normally be scheduled within 48 hours of the service request. |
